Selected Residential Developments
University City, Brentwood
Calgary’s first Transit Oriented Development (TOD), University City was designed around direct access to the Brentwood LRT Station. The development included approximately 740 residential units across multiple towers, along with underground parking and retail space.
N3 Condo, East Village
N3 was Western Canada’s first purpose-built no-car condominium development and Calgary’s second Transit Oriented Development. Located in East Village, the 167-unit project was designed around an urban lifestyle with reduced reliance on private vehicles.
Ti’nu Community Housing, Banff
Ti’nu Community Housing is Banff’s largest affordable housing development, providing 131 rental units within the mountain community. The project was developed in conjunction with GEC Architecture and completed on an accelerated construction schedule.
Wolf Street Community Housing, Banff
Wolf Street Community Housing is Banff’s newest affordable housing project, adding 90 residential units to the community and continuing Knightsbridge’s involvement in innovative housing solutions within the Town of Banff.
Villa D’Esté, Tuscany
Located beside Twelve Mile Coulee Ravine, Villa D’Esté was intentionally redesigned from an original density of approximately 260 units to just 120 residences.
The reduced density allowed for larger green-space setbacks from the ravine, helping preserve the natural setting while maintaining unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains for residents.
Riverside Villas, Elbow Valley
A 24-unit luxury semi-detached villa project backing onto the Elbow River, Riverside Villas featured approximately 2,000 sq. ft. main floors, developed walkout lower levels and heated garages within one of Calgary’s established estate communities.
